In this Impactpool podcast, we meet with global health expert Dr. Deepa Pindolia.

Deepa has over a decade of experience in strategically leading malaria and Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) programs across Africa. Amongst others, she has worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative and is now employed as a Consultant at the World Health Organisation.

In this episode we discuss, amongst others, her involvement and the importance of these programmes; her career path and how internships helped her shape her career choices; and her choice to be a full-time parent, taking a break from work, and how this ‘hardest decision of her life’ turned out the be on of the most important things she had ever done.
