It is time for my next interview tip: a way to address questions on ‘diversity’ by focussing on bias.
There are many angles to look at a diversity-related interview question, and admittedly it is a bit of a sensitive topic; we all have our views on this. One route I find useful is to explore your own biases (which is in itself fruitful 🙂 and use that as the core to build an answer.
